Shipping Policy

AN IMPORTANT NOTE—

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Candles will melt in high temperatures if left out in the sun or placed in a parcel box. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or etc.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Âme Scents. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

  • All domestic orders are processed within 7-14 business days depending on the location of the production facility before being shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

  • All orders ranging form $0-$49.99 will have a shipping fee depending on the item.
  • All orders ranging from $50 and up will have free shipping

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Âme Scents is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us at sales@amescents.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
